In a personal injury claim,will the insurance company pay in full for future treatment?uk?

I have a personal injury claim on-going after an accident,i am 29 and i have get injections in my knee twice a year until i am 50-55 and then will need a knee-replacement. I am 29yrs old. thanks for any information. The injections cost £1200 a year.

  1. The insurance won't pay for ever. When they offer a settlement, once it is paid, it is down to you to pay for your treatment. However, the settlement figure should take into account any further treatment. The insurance may want you to have a medical to prove the treatment is working before they pay out any more monies. Surely your solicitor will tell you what you can claim for.
