How do I get a job as an insurance claims adjuster without experience?

Every place I look at wants 2-5 years claims experience. How do you get experience?

1. Just start to apply with every insurance company in your area. Now a days, most companies want their adjusters to have a 4 year degree. It does not matter what it is in, but you have to have it. Just start getting those resumes and cover letters out. You can also speak with your insurance agent and see if they know if your company is hiring.
