need ideas for training property claims adjusters, I am a disaster restoration contractor?

I am looking to use a training program of some sort to invite claims adjusters to my shop and train them with interesting topics or material, i want it to be their language from their industry expert on their material, we train them and build relationships. Has anyone ever done this? please help, thanks
