How do claims adjusters determine the maximum value of a claim?

I am looking into it. Thanks.

  2. You didn't say if car or house? It depends if you are the claimant or the insured, and how much the policy will max at. Hope that helps
  3. The policy limit is ALWAYS the maximum value of the claim. The company never pays more than the policy limit.
  4. They have a guide book, and real property has a set value.nick knacks and truffle items are bunched in a group.they look at items that depreachead and list it at a wholesale price.
  5. You failed to mention the type of claim. Policies have a maximum coverage limit. I suggest you read your policy. Limits can be found on your declaration page. Also check any endorsements on your policy to see if you have extended replacement cost.
